The contractor’s profile is the space for dissemination of FGV’s contractual activity that is integrated into the Public Sector Contracting Platform, through which public and transparent access to information on tenders, awards and contracts of FGV is guaranteed.
It also includes aspects and documentation relating to the contracting of works, services and supplies, as well as the contracting of FGV’s assets, which is governed by the regulations governing assets.
FGV is a public law entity that is considered a Public Administration for the purposes of enforcing Law 9/2017 of 8 November on Public Sector Contracts. Consequently, its activity in the area of contracting works, services and supplies is subject to the aforementioned law.
