Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana (FGV) has opened a public call for applications, through a competitive examination process, to fill 68 train driving and traffic control positions on Metrovalencia and the Alicante Tram (TRAM d’Alacant).
This call for applications corresponds to the Public Employment Offers for 2023 and 2024 and also includes the creation of temporary employment pools.
Of these positions, 32 are for train drivers in Valencia; 17 train drivers in Alicante; 6 traffic managers in Valencia; 7 traffic managers in Alicante; and 6 controllers for the Valencia Control Center.
Those interested in applying for one of these positions can complete their registration online at the FGV website (www.fgv.es), in the “Work at FGV” section, until December 22nd at 11:59 a.m.
Those who pass the selection process outlined here but do not obtain a position will be placed on the Temporary Employment Pools.
This selection process will include the necessary adaptation and accessibility measures to ensure that people with disabilities can take the tests under conditions appropriate to their situation and on equal terms with all other applicants.
Furthermore, the necessary measures will be taken to ensure equality between women and men, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for the effective equality of women and men.
